There is something really important that you should know….

You are a vital asset to the lives of everybody you encounter.

You should be confident in yourself, your skills, your ability, and your drive.  You were chosen to be here, and you rose up to the challenge.

You know your heart, so just go with it.

Realize that we have 10,000 amazing opportunities before us.  Communicate with your team and you can prioritize the opportunities for the benefit of the entire company and the lives that it reaches every day.

• If you work in CRISIS mode, you’re going to make mistakes.
• Work with URGENCY, instead of EMERGENCY.  
• You can work smarter, without driving yourself crazy.  

If you are going to sleep at night completely worn out, frustrated, and with no anticipation or desire for your next day, then stop a minute, and think about how the day should have gone, and what you can do to make it better.  That’s the only way things will change.
