		<description>I was wondering how much progress you&#039;d made with your diet. I&#039;m in the same situation -- wanting to lose 200 lbs in a year, but I&#039;m scared of skin sagging, sending my brain into shock with the caloric low, etc. I was hoping to see that you&#039;d slammed those 200 lbs out of the park without a hitch.

		<description>Well Tony  I think  I am  in the  same boat as  you  I am a  school director  and yes  I do  lots of work  behind the computer, I do lots of  walking also  but seems that even  then  I never can  lose  that extra weight I eat  maybe 2 meals a day lunch and  dinner usually diner  I\&#039;ll have a vegetable soup or a  bowl of noodles  lunch well  I eat rice with chicken or  pork with veggies unstead of  losing  I am gaining  weight when  I was  playing  hockey my weight was  always 180lbs  now  I am 213lbs and  I hate  these  ugly  Michelins  that I have  around  the  waiste and now  because  the  weight I have  problems  with  my  legs I am  not  young  anymore  so I cannot  play  hockey as  I used  to.

 Please  let  me  know  how  can  I  loose  those  ugly Michelins and  remember  I am  not  in  USA I am  in Taiwan  Asia not  so easy  here with all that  greasy food but  I am strong enough  to stay  out  of  those  greasy restaurants I prefer  cooking  my  food mostly  I  boil  my food  so I   do not  have  to use  oil and  all those  greasy things  to cook.

 You will say  exercices  help  I  know  but where  can  I have  time  to do exercices if  I get  up at  5  am  and  go back  to bed  at 12 midnight and  exercices  well  I have  enough  running  after  those  little monkeys  all day up and  down  the  steps with  all that  I even  look  like  a  pregnant woman  at  8  months.


 I hope you can  help  me   because  I am sure  it  will help  my  health  I have  heart\&#039;s  problems and  the  blood  circulation  is  not  at  100%
