Well blogging about my diet has gotten pretty boring. Not because blogging is boring, but rather my diet is boring.
1: Little to no progress on weight loss – but at least I’m not gaining.
2: I’m eating and drinking pretty much the same thing every day, so why mention it over and over right?
Hopefully something will happen soon so I can start the daily blogging back up. I just don’t want to keep repeating myself.
I need new ideas for what to eat and drink!

THE DIET SECRET (from a slim fit guy):
“Dilute your V8 (and every drink) with water!”
Perhaps start off with 50/50 water/V8 but later when your taste buds and body more readily accept the new flavor you can go to 80/20 water/V8.
I do this with EVERY drink… even non-fat milk I water down on the 80/20 ratio.
Here are two more tips:
“Eat fat… get fat!” Therefore eliminate ALL fat from your fridge, from your home and from your lifestyle!
“Workout or pigout!” When you get hungry, don’t always eat… drink a large glass of water then go for a jog!
