Day 6 – What happened to Days 4 and 5?

I think I’m losing track of days here.

Yes, Day 2 was published on Day 3, but it was actually about Day 2.

Then we had a couple of off days… Thursday was okay.. I got a little Naked at Starbucks. It was about 8oz. This time I had something that was very green, but still very good.

Friday was the worst. I didn’t have hardly anything healthy on Friday.

I had to go to work earlier than usual. I was half asleep when I left my apartment, so I neglected to grab a slim fast or a low sodium v8.

I got to work and had a diet Dr. Pepper. The only thing to eat was DAYLIGHT DONUTS!

Next thing you know.. I’m starving.
Let’s just say that Friday was bad.

Good news is that I weighed this morning and I haven’t GAINED weight.. and with me that’s progress! In fact I may have lost about a 1/2 pound.

I’m currently at 457.5 lbs.

Not bad considering I was 468+ in February… and on track to keep gaining.

Sunday wasn’t a terrible day. Left over BBQ from last night for lunch. And unsalted almond nuts, as well as a bowl of Raisin Bran Crunch with a banana in it and 2% milk for dinner.
