If you want to see me drink Naked, then now is the time. I can’t believe I’m actually doing this on the Internet where it will last forever!
I’ve always wanted to drink Naked, but I guess I just wasn’t too sure about it.
You gotta love this brand.
Naked Juice is a drink on the “healthy isle” at QuikTrip. I’ve heard of it before, but never really drank one by itself. You can get Naked at Starbucks as part of one of their smoothies. See how funny that sounds!
Naked “Protein” says on the label: It contains 2.25 apples, 1 banana, 1/2 orange, a hint of pineapple & coconut and of course has 30 grams of soy and whey as protein. 171 mg of Vitamin C.
Taste? – I didn’t read the ingredients before drinking on Day 3 (as I write this). Actually the “hint” of pineapple was the most prominent flavor, but still not like a pina colada. It tasted like more of a chalky vanilla with pineapple. But unlike other “protein” drinks.. it was still very drinkable. Especially chilled.
So far today, other than drinking Naked. I’ve had a 5-hour energy drink (mostly b vitamins, 4 calories) and I’m about to have a v8 splash.
Update: For dinner. Pei Wie’s Beef Pad Thai and a few crab won tons. (which I probably should have skipped!) 12oz of diet pepsi
P.S. The picture is of me drinking Naked Berry Blast. “A pound of fruit in every bottle.” It says on the side that it contains 100% juice from 5 blackberries, 4 raspberries, 4 strawberries, 3.5 apples, and 1/2 of a banana. No preservatives! – This taste much better than the Naked Protein. But then again, it’s a fruity drink with more calories. 260 per 15.2 oz bottle.
