You might just be wondering what is going on with me since I haven’t posted a message in over 8 weeks.  Well the fact of the matter is that I’ve been extremely busy as the Vice President of Marketing for BizNdex.

We’re coming out with some amazing things very soon, in addition to the marketing services we offer. While my blog has been lagging behind, I’ve kept my Twitter and Facebook up to date, and now I’m finally updating my YouTube channel.

When United Airlines gave this guy the year-long run-around about the guitar their baggage handlers broke,  Dave Carroll has stepped up and held them accountable with his popular YouTube video, “United Breaks Guitars.” 

This fun and catchy piece with over 7 million views, plus national news coverage, blog postings and more has done much more damage to United Airline’s credibility than the $1,200 it would have taken to fix or replace the Taylor guitar.  Today it’s more important than ever before to take care of your customers before, during and after the sale.

Failing to take action because of your fear of failure may be the biggest failure you ever make.
